Design WTX helped Mariela Moore create a stunning website to set her apart in a fierce market of real estate agents. We worked together on her VIP Week package to create her brand mood board, color palette, fonts, and brand voice.
By the end of the week, she had a stunning WordPress site where she could connect with ideal clients and use her fresh identity to refresh her marketing online as well.
Creative Process
We kicked off the week by defining Mariela’s goals as an agent and focused on targeting the areas in her region that she was most experienced and connected in. During her discovery process we narrowed down her ideal client and focused on building her brand in a way that would attract and connect with those clients.
Brand IDENTITY
Mariela wanted a classic southern look for her site – think Reese Witherspoon mixed with a South Carolina front pouch feel. Classic, and but Modern with light blues and cheerful greens. By the end of the day on Monday we had her full identity nailed down to translate over to her website.
The Website
By Day 2, we were ready to jump straight into her site and build out her pages. We started with a static home page where we flushed out the layout and copy applying everything we created and established in the brand identity process.
Once that was approved it was time to build out the rest of the site pages including her designated Service Pages (Buyers and Sellers), and her Blog, Contact, and About Pages. The finished product was a beautiful site that told potential clients exactly what they needed to know in order to hire her for their real estate needs.
